We calculate your interest in accordance with your Judgment and state law. We also audit accounts regularly to ensure your not being overcharged.
We provide you with the most up-to-date information on your account with every payment, so you know exactly where you stand.
Once your Judgment is paid, our office will file the necessary court documents releasing you. This also releases any liens on your property related to the Judgment.
Effects of your Judgment on your credit
620+
While Judgments alone don't show up on your credit, what caused them still due (Repos, Evictions, etc.). So not paying your Judgment is still affecting your credit. Our office works with the Original Judgment Creditor, the person who brought the Judgment against you in the first place, and report all payments to them. In return, they report these payments to the credit bureau's showing you paying the original account down, effectively improving your credit.

What's this letter I received? The letter you received is to advise you that we mean to pursue the Judgment against you, legally to the full extent of the law. Any legal fees incurred on our part necessary to obtain satisfaction of this Judgment will be added on to your debt along with daily interest charges (as provided by law). We have already started and are continuing to investigate your assets and, when completed, will aggressively pursue seizure as allowed by law without further notice or warning. Simply, this Judgment will not ‘go away’ or get ignored.

Judgment AgeAccording to most state laws, Judgments are good for ten (10) years from the date the Judgment was awarded. The Judgment can be repeatedly renewed for another ten (10) years an unlimited number of times. Our office will continue to revive your Judgment until its satisfied.

Am I required to pay the full balance today? If you're able to pay the full balance today, then you could save yourself potential interest charges if you did pay. However, most people can't, and that's ok. We can set you up on a payment plan that fits your budget.

What if I don't pay?A Judgment isn't a form of unsecured debt like credit cards. Once a Judge issues a Judgment, State law affords us many ways to collect which includes Writs of Execution, Garnishments, Subpoenas, Debtor Exams, and Property Liens. All of which we will use to satisfy your outstanding Judgment.
